Reservations Classes are ongoing, unless otherwise noted. Please drop-in during our business hours (we are closed on most holidays, but otherwise open every day). We welcome your attendance at a wide-variety of classes offered on our schedule to find a style that fits you. You can easily register for private instruction, class series, or workshops using our website, while in our studio, or by sending a check to Sacred Movement Yoga, 10 Sims Road, West Hartford, CT 06117. Information about fees, refunds, cancellations and deposits for Workshops or Series will be disclosed as part of the communication about each as they are scheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.
General Information Wear comfortable light clothing that allows maximum movement. An empty stomach or near empty stomach is always best. Please be courteous to your fellow students and instructors by using restraint with perfumes and heavy scents. Please do not assist other students during classes unless you are so instructed. Please bring your own sticky mat or purchase one from us. Mat rentals are also available for $1 per class. You may wish to bring water and a towel for the more vigorous classes.
