We have created a space for you to grow and transform. All you need to begin your yoga journey is an open mind and the desire to experience something new. 


A few tips for new students:
- All of our regular classes are on-going. There is no need to pre-register. 
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
- Students are always welcome to relax in the yoga room prior to class.
- Turn your cell phone off.
- Come with an empty stomach.
- Wear comfortable exercise clothing. Please remove your shoes before you enter the yoga room.
- Bring a water bottle, a small towel and a yoga mat (if you have one).
- Tell your teacher before class if you have any health conditions or injuries.
- We have created an encouraging environment in which all levels and abilities can practice. Classes are open to all levels, but we recommend that new students start with a gentle or yin class.
